B.S. Sponge Limited is an integrated steel manufacturer with operations spanning multiple stages of the steel value chain—from sponge iron to value-added finished steel products.
Since commencing operations in 2005 with a single sponge iron kiln of 30,000 TPA, the company has grown through capacity expansion and forward integration into a diversified steel producer.

A broad portfolio spanning sponge iron, billets and slabs, TMT bars, HR coils, wire rods, ERW pipes and tubes, and ferro alloys enables us to serve diverse industries and applications.

Backward Integrated Manufacturing
Our Raigarh facility integrates sponge iron production, steelmaking and downstream rolling operations, enabling greater control across the manufacturing chain.

Captive Power Infrastructure
Our captive power infrastructure met approximately 96.01% of operational power requirements in Fiscal 2026, reducing dependence on external power procurement.

Located in mineral-rich Raigarh, Chhattisgarh, our facility is positioned close to key sources of iron ore, pellets and coal, supporting procurement and logistics efficiency.
